4. Course Enrollment and Payments

4.1 Course Registration

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our admission requirements. We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other operational reasons.

4.2 Fees and Payment

• All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of classes unless a payment plan has been arranged
• Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Payment can be made by cash, credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund: Available if withdrawal occurs more than 14 days before course commencement
• Partial refund: 50% refund if withdrawal occurs 7-14 days before course commencement
• No refund: For withdrawals less than 7 days before course commencement or after classes begin
• Medical or emergency circumstances may be considered for special refund arrangements
• Administrative fees may apply to all refunds

5. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Complete assignments and assessments as required
• Respect other students, staff, and property
• Follow all safety and conduct guidelines
• Notify us of any changes to your contact information
• Maintain confidentiality of course materials and methods

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a positive learning environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind
• Disruptive behavior that interferes with learning

• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Any illegal activities on our premises or in our programs

Violation of our code of conduct may result in suspension or termination without refund.

• Technical issues on your end do not entitle you to refunds
